Q1 2024 Performance of Top Utilities Apps in Latin America

Latin America's Top 5 Utilities apps have shown varied performance in the first quarter of 2024, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a brief look at how each app fared in terms of downloads and active users.

Google saw its downloads fluctuate, peaking at 464K in late February and then tapering off to about 306K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 176M at the start of January to 173M by the quarter's close.

gov.br experienced a significant surge in downloads, reaching a high of 1.8M in early February, with a dip to around 1.3M by the end of March. The app's weekly active users climbed from 3.2M to a peak of 5.2M mid-March before settling at 4.5M.

Google Chrome showed a steady download count, with a notable increase to 268K in late February, but ended the quarter with downloads around 206K. The weekly active users maintained a strong presence, hovering around the 279M mark throughout the quarter.

Carteira de Trabalho Digital downloads saw a significant rise, peaking at 898K in early February, before dropping to 394K by the end of March. Active users reached a high of 8.5M in early February, but this figure had decreased to 5.6M by the quarter's end.

Sticker.ly - Sticker Maker downloads started strong at 641K in the second week of January, then saw a gradual decline to 484K by the end of March. Weekly active users started at 13.3M, peaked at nearly 14.8M, and ended the quarter at around 13.5M.
