Top 5 Shopping Apps in Venezuela Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, the top five shopping apps in Venezuela showed diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Alibaba.com started strong with 115K downloads in the first week of January, but saw a gradual decline to around 41K by mid-March, before a notable uptick to 61K in the final week of March. Active users mirrored this trend, beginning at 633K and experiencing fluctuations before ending the quarter at 451K.

SHEIN - Shopping Online had a consistent performance in weekly downloads, ranging from 93K at the start of January to 59K by the end of March. Active users showed a similar pattern, starting at 1.41M, dipping to 1.14M in late January, and then climbing back to 1.41M by the end of the quarter.

Mercado Libre: Compras Online maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 36K in mid-January and stabilizing around 22K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 566K throughout the quarter.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a gradual increase in downloads, starting at 13K in early January and reaching 29K by the end of March. Active users also grew steadily from 165K to 185K over the same period.

Amazon Shopping showed modest but consistent download numbers, starting at 6K in early January and ending at 5K in late March. Active users remained fairly stable, beginning the quarter at 139K and ending at 134K.
