In Q1 2024, the top 5 shopping apps in Italy—Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire, SHEIN - Shopping Online, Eurospin, Amazon, and Lidl Plus—demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads, active users, and revenue. Here’s a detailed look at their performance metrics.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting with approximately 296K downloads in the first week of January, the numbers saw a peak of around 333K mid-January before dropping to about 100K by mid-March. However, downloads surged again to about 222K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users showed a consistent trend, starting at 2.87M and peaking at over 3.1M towards the end of the quarter.

SHEIN - Shopping Online had a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning at around 95K in early January and hitting a peak of approximately 483K by the last week of March. This growth was mirrored in the active users metric, which saw a significant rise from about 5.07M to over 11M by the end of the quarter.
