Q1 2024 UK Shopping Apps Performance on Unified Platform

In the first quarter of 2024, the UK's shopping app scene witnessed some interesting trends across both downloads and active users. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how five leading shopping apps performed during this period.

Shpock: Buy & Sell Marketplace saw its revenue peak at nearly $11K in late January, with a following dip and then a steady climb, ending the quarter close to $10K. Downloads showed a slight decline from 4.5K to around 3.5K, while weekly active users fluctuated, reaching a high of around 53K and closing the quarter at nearly 49K.

eufy Security experienced a revenue increase in March, hitting a high of $7.2K, after starting the quarter at approximately $3.9K. Downloads surged in mid-February to over 8K before settling down to 5.6K by the end of March. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, starting and ending the quarter with roughly 182K users.

OLIO demonstrated consistent revenue throughout the quarter, maintaining around $2.8K to $4.7K. Downloads saw a significant drop from 21K to nearly 12K, while active users presented a slight downward trend from 102K to around 85K.

HotStock - in-stock alerts showed a varied revenue pattern, peaking at $5.5K in early January and ending the quarter at $1.5K. Downloads and weekly active users both experienced a decline, with downloads starting at 303 and ending at 15, and active users decreasing from 3K to just over 1.5K.

OnSkin - AI Product Scanner began the quarter with no revenue, but saw an increase to $3.7K by the end of March. Downloads had a significant rise in February with nearly 14K but then dropped to around 10.7K. Weekly active users showed a positive trend, starting at approximately 11K and growing to over 31K.
