In the first quarter of 2024, the top five news applications in Mexico showcased varying performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers a detailed insight into these trends.

X from X Corp. experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $25.5K in mid-March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 147.9K in mid-February, while weekly active users saw a slight decline from 10.6M to 10.4M over the quarter.

Reddit showed modest weekly revenue, peaking at $315 in early January. Weekly downloads hovered around the 41K mark, with a slight peak to 47K at the start of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 340K throughout the quarter.

Alerta Sísmica México - SASSLA saw significant spikes in activity. Weekly revenue reached a peak of approximately $3.7K in early March. Downloads peaked dramatically at 129.9K in mid-February, while active users surged to 271K during the same period.
