In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 apparel applications in Egypt displayed varied performance trends across downloads and active users on a unified platform, according to Sensor Tower data.

SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a fluctuating yet impressive download pattern. Weekly downloads started at approximately 34.4K in early January, dipped to 25.7K by the end of the month, but then surged to around 45.6K in mid-March. Active users for this app remained strong, beginning at 386K and ending the quarter at about 459K.

DeFacto - Clothing & Shopping had a notable increase in downloads, peaking at 39.4K in the last week of March from an initial 12.5K in early January. Active users demonstrated a steady upward trend, starting at 242K and reaching 271K by the end of the quarter.

LC Waikiki EG experienced a significant rise in downloads towards the end of the quarter, jumping from around 7K in early March to 32K by the end of the month. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 30.6K at the start of January to 65.4K at the end of March.

adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing had a downward trend in downloads, starting at 12.7K in the first week of January and declining to 3.4K by mid-March, before slightly recovering to 5.7K in the last week. Active users fluctuated around the 40K mark, ending at approximately 46.7K.

Town Team showed a consistent download trend, starting at 6.6K and stabilizing around 6.2K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 26.1K and closing the quarter at 27.4K.
