Throughout the first quarter of 2024, the top travel applications on iOS in Brazil showcased varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s an overview of how these apps fared.

Uber - Request a ride saw a high volume of weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 106K in early February. The app's downloads fluctuated between 73.8K and 106K throughout the quarter. In terms of active users, the app experienced a steady increase, beginning at around 1.8M users in the first week of January and reaching over 2M by early March before slightly declining to 1.9M by the end of the quarter.

99 - Private drivers and Taxi maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers ranging from 66.3K to 86.1K weekly. The app’s active user base grew steadily, starting from 1.37M in early January and reaching a high of 1.56M in early March, ending the quarter with 1.49M active users.

Airbnb experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from 83.1K in the first week of January and dropping to around 31.6K by March. Active users also saw a downward trend, decreasing from 425K in early January to approximately 259K by the end of March.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel had a steady number of weekly downloads, fluctuating between 27.7K and 57.5K throughout the quarter. The app's active user count showed a slight decline from 815K in early January to around 597K by the end of March.

LATAM Pass | Brasil saw a decrease in weekly downloads over the quarter, starting at 50.1K in January and falling to 18.3K by the end of March. However, the active user base showed an overall upward trend, growing from 89K in early January to 133K by mid-March, before slightly decreasing to 129K by the end of the quarter.
