In the first quarter of 2024, Ireland's top 5 shopping apps on the iOS platform exhibited notable trends in downloads and active user activity, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 17.4K in early January and dipping to approximately 11.1K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 120K to 135K during the same period.

Tesco Ireland - Home Shopping maintained a relatively stable download rate, peaking at 9K in early February before settling at around 6.3K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users decreased from 17.1K to 13.7K over the quarter.

SHEIN - Shopping Online had a fluctuating download pattern, with numbers varying between 5.3K and 7.1K throughout the quarter. Active users of SHEIN showed a significant increase, rising steadily from 134K to nearly 198K by the end of March.

Dunnes Stores experienced a consistent download rate, averaging around 3.4K weekly. Its active user base remained fairly stable, fluctuating slightly but ending the quarter at 114K.

Lidl Plus reported a steady download rate, peaking at 2.8K in early February and ending at around 2.5K. The app's active users saw continuous growth, increasing from 157K to 187K over the quarter.
