In the first quarter of 2024, UK's iOS users have shown fluctuating interest in the top shopping applications. The data provided by Sensor Tower offers insight into downloads and weekly active users for five key players in the market.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a dynamic quarter with downloads starting at 256K in the first week, peaking at 303K in mid-March, and closing the quarter at 274K. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, with an initial 2.2M users, a peak at 2.6M, and concluding at 2.58M.

The trend for Vinted: Sell vintage clothes was more erratic with downloads beginning at 111K, reaching a high of 218K in early February, and dropping to 99K by the end of March. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, starting at 1.16M and slightly increasing to 1.22M by the quarter's end.

For SHEIN - Shopping Online, the quarter saw a substantial spike in downloads from 64K to an astonishing 414K in the second week of March, then a dip to 180K. Weekly active users increased consistently from 2.06M to a high of 3.09M, before slightly decreasing to 3.03M.

Tesco Groceries for iPhone showed a decline in downloads from 144K to 90K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users showed minimal fluctuations, starting at 1.12M, with a small peak at 1.11M mid-quarter, and a dip to 974K.

Lastly, Nectar: Shop & Collect Points maintained a steady download rate starting at 53K and ending the quarter at 57K. Active users saw a slight decline from 443K to 444K, indicating consistent user engagement throughout the period.
