Q1 2024 Performance of Top iOS Shopping Apps in Brazil

In the first quarter of 2024, the iOS platform in Brazil saw varied performance among its top shopping applications. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into the download trends and weekly active users for these leading apps.

Shopee Brasil - Frete Zero experienced a fluctuation in downloads, peaking at 215K in the second week of January and tapering off to 131K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed more consistency, hovering around 4.3M, with a notable increase to over 4.5M in mid-March.

Mercado Libre: Compras Online also saw its highest number of downloads in early January at 185K, followed by a downward trend to 93K by March's end. Active users remained above the 4.2M mark throughout the quarter, reaching a peak of approximately 4.5M during the second week of January.

SHEIN - Shopping Online downloads were relatively stable, with a small peak at 121K in early January and ending the quarter with 114K. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 3.3M at the start of January to just under 3M by the end of March.

Amazon Shopping had its highest number of downloads in late January at 70K, but generally stayed below 62K for the rest of the quarter. The app's active users experienced a dip in February, dropping to 828K, but rose to 937K in the second week of March before settling back down to 829K.

The AliExpress Shopping App began the quarter with 51K downloads, peaking at 54K in late February and maintaining a similar level by March's end. Weekly active users showed growth, starting at 1.6M and climbing to nearly 1.9M in the third week of March before a slight drop to around 1.8M.
