The app started the quarter with 36K downloads in the first week of January and peaked at 41K in the week of January 22. However, by the end of March, downloads had settled at around 31K. Active users also showed a steady trend, beginning at 153K and peaking at 190K in the week of January 22, before stabilizing around 167K towards the end of the quarter.

Meine AOK by AOK Bundesverband saw an initial decline in downloads, starting at 21K in early January and reaching a low of 12K in mid-March. However, there was a rebound to 19K downloads in the week of March 18. Active user numbers also showed positive growth, beginning at 64K and reaching 78K by the end of March.

Hastings Direct Insurance by Hastings Direct Limited maintained a consistent download rate of around 11K to 12K for most of the quarter, with a notable peak of 15K in mid-March. Active users started at 39K and experienced a slight increase, ending the quarter with approximately 41K.
