Q1 2024 Performance of Top iOS Apparel Apps in Brazil

In the first quarter of 2024, we observed some interesting movements in the iOS apparel app space in Brazil. With data courtesy of Sensor Tower, let's dive into the performance of the top five applications in this category.

SHEIN - Shopping Online kicked off the quarter with strong numbers, reaching approximately 114K downloads in the first week and peaking at roughly 121K in the second. Overall, downloads fluctuated but remained above 100K each week. Weekly active users started high at 3.16M and saw a mid-quarter dip before climbing back up to 3M towards the end of the quarter.

Moving on to adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing, the app experienced a steady climb in downloads, starting at around 15.6K and ascending to nearly 17K in subsequent weeks. Active users mirrored this trend, beginning at about 94.6K and rising to over 101K, although there was a slight decline before the quarter's close.

C&A Pay saw its downloads commence at 15K, peaking mid-quarter at just over 15.6K before experiencing a dip to 8.3K by the quarter’s end. Weekly active users showed more stability, hovering around the 213K to 235K range throughout the period.

ZARA witnessed a mixed bag in terms of downloads, with an initial count of 10.6K, a mid-quarter spike to 11.9K, and concluding the quarter at around 10.5K. Active users started at 65.5K but saw a decrease, ending the quarter with slightly over 54K.

Lastly, FARFETCH - Shop Luxury Fashion had the lowest download numbers among the top five, with an opening week at nearly 5K and a dip to 3.3K, with a slight increase to 3.6K towards the end. Weekly active users for FARFETCH also declined from 18.4K to 14.6K throughout the quarter.
