In the first quarter of 2024, France's Android users have shown varying levels of engagement with the top insurance apps. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the trends in downloads and weekly active users.
Mon AXA, mon appli d'assurance experienced a fluctuating download trend, starting the quarter with 12K downloads and peaking at nearly 13K before dipping to 9K towards the end of March. Weekly active users showed a more consistent growth, increasing from 56K to 69K.
For MACIF, the downloads varied significantly, with a notable jump to 13K downloads in the last week of March from an initial 5K. Weekly active users also grew, starting at 21K and rising to 33K by the quarter's end.
Harmonie & moi saw a gradual decline in downloads, from 10K in the first week to 3.7K in the last. The app's weekly active users decreased from 25K to 18K over the same period.
PACIFICA's Mes Assurances downloads were relatively stable, hovering around 4K throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to 4.4K in mid-January. Weekly active users showed a modest rise from 6.1K to 7K.
Lastly, Malakoff Humanis downloads decreased from 6.8K to 3.2K. However, its weekly active users maintained a strong presence, slightly dipping from 41K to 39K by the end of March.
