In the first quarter of 2024, the dating scene on Android devices has seen varied traction among the leading apps. Here's how the top contenders performed according to Sensor Tower's latest data.

Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date experienced a fluctuation in revenue, peaking at nearly $962K in mid-January before dipping to around $825K in early March. Downloads saw a high of approximately 61K in the first week of January, with a slight decrease to 56K towards the end of March. Weekly active users started at 1.74M, with a slight dip to 1.65M by the quarter's close.

Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date led the pack with revenue reaching around $1.4M in the last week of March. The app's downloads hovered around the 50K-59K mark throughout the quarter, while weekly active users saw a slight decline from 2.13M to 2.07M.

Hinge Dating App: Match & Date maintained a steady revenue stream, with numbers ranging from $599K to $629K. The app's downloads began at 37K in January and ended at approximately 26K by March. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, starting at 1.23M and dipping slightly to 1.19M.

MeetMe: Chat & Meet New People showed consistency in revenue, peaking at $140K in late February. The app's downloads saw a peak of 32K in late January, with a small decrease to around 26K by the end of March. Weekly active users were stable, with a minor increase from 183K to 185K in mid-March before falling back to 180K.

Plenty of Fish Dating App had an interesting quarter with a significant revenue spike in March, jumping from a few hundred dollars to over $114K. Downloads started at 29K in January and saw a slight decline to 21K by March's end.
