In Q1 2024, the UK's Android apparel app market saw notable activity among the top contenders. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the performance of these apps, highlighting trends in downloads and user engagement.

SHEIN-Shopping Online led the pack with impressive download numbers starting at 73K in the first week and peaking at 137K in mid-March. The app's weekly active users (WAUs) reflected a strong upward trend, beginning the quarter with 930K users and reaching a high of 1.39M by the end of March.

Vinted - Buy and sell clothes also showed a strong start in January with 38K downloads, peaking at 62K towards the third week. This momentum, however, saw a gradual decline to 40K by the quarter's end. The WAUs remained consistent, hovering around 800K, and concluded the quarter with a slight increase to 833K.

CIDER - Clothing & Fashion experienced a steady quarter, with downloads beginning at 15K and dipping to 9K by March. WAUs saw a modest fluctuation, starting at 94K and ending the quarter at 93K, indicating a stable user base.
