Starting with 521K downloads in late September, the app saw a slight dip to around 454K in early November, before peaking at approximately 605K in the final week of December. Active user numbers displayed a similar trend, maintaining around 11M users initially and hitting a high of 11.5M in early December, before slightly decreasing to 10.8M by the end of the month.
Bolt: Request a Ride also showed a steady performance in downloads, starting with 391K in late September and ending with a peak of 438K in the last week of December. Active users for Bolt started at approximately 3.1M and saw slight fluctuations, peaking at 3.1M again in early December before ending the quarter at around 2.8M.
Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw a more varied download trend, starting with 428K downloads in late September, dipping to around 333K mid-December, and ending with a significant increase to 438K in the last week of December. In terms of active users, the app started strong with 15.5M users, experienced a drop to 12.6M mid-December, and rebounded to approximately 15.2M by the end of the month.
Airbnb had a steady download trend, beginning the quarter with 281K downloads and closing with a spike to 303K in the last week of December. Active users started at 7.4M, fluctuated throughout the quarter, and saw a decrease to around 6.0M mid-December, before recovering to 7.3M by the end of the month.
Finally, Trainline: Buy train tickets saw consistent download numbers, starting with 217K in late September, peaking at around 221K in late October, and ending with 212K in December. Active users for Trainline began at 4.1M, peaked at 4.5M in early December, and then decreased to approximately 3.8M by the end of the quarter.
