Q4 2023 US Performance of Top MOBA Apps on Unified Platform

As the fourth quarter of 2023 comes to a close, Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into the performance of the top Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) applications in the United States on a unified platform. The data showcases the trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these popular gaming apps.

Supercell's Brawl Stars showed a significant uptick in weekly active users, reaching 5.2M by the end of December from 3M at the start of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 142K during the holiday week, with revenue also hitting a high of $1.5M in the same period.

The Pokémon Company's Pokémon UNITE saw a steady increase in weekly active users, climbing to 246K by the end of Q4 from 207K at the beginning. Downloads saw a notable jump to 70K in the first week of December, and revenue reached a peak of $165K in the same week.

Shanghai Moonton Technology's Mobile Legends: Bang Bang experienced fluctuating revenue, ending the quarter with $668K. Weekly active users saw a decline from 619K to 600K over the quarter, with downloads peaking at 50K in early November.

Riot Games' League of Legends: Wild Rift observed a revenue surge to $487K in late November, while downloads and weekly active users remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, ending with around 27K downloads and 277K weekly active users.

Lastly, Level Infinite's Arena of Valor showed modest figures across the board, with weekly active users ending at nearly 40K, an increase from the quarter's start. Revenue saw a small peak of $17K towards the end of October, and downloads reached 8.4K in mid-November.
