In the final quarter of 2023, Hastings Direct Insurance saw a decrease in downloads from 25K in the last week of September to 14K by the end of December. Meanwhile, their weekly active users also experienced a downward trend from 63K to 54K in the same period.

Admiral Insurance showed a similar pattern with downloads starting at 16K and declining to approximately 11K by Christmas week. Their active users started at approximately 89K, peaking at 92K in late November, before falling to 84K.

The trend for Cuvva was slightly different, with downloads beginning at around 14K and peaking mid-quarter at 14K before ending at a slightly higher 14K. Active users saw an overall increase from 27K to 29K over the quarter.

For MyAviva, downloads decreased slightly from 11K to 8K, and their active user base showed a modest decrease from 29K to 27K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Bupa Touch had a mixed quarter with downloads starting at 6K, experiencing a significant spike to 16K in mid-December, but then dropping to 5K by the year's end. The data for weekly active users was not provided.
