Q4 2023 Performance of Top iOS MOBA Apps in Latin America

In the final quarter of 2023, the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) category on iOS has seen varied performances across the top applications in Latin America. Sensor Tower provides an in-depth look at the numbers that shaped this period.

Brawl Stars from Supercell maintained a strong presence with downloads peaking at around 77K during the holiday week and weekly active users reaching over 900K. Revenue trends showed a positive curve, culminating in approximately $171K in the last week of December.

Riot Games' League of Legends: Wild Rift experienced a fluctuating revenue trend but ended the quarter with a noticeable decline to $61K. Nonetheless, downloads and active users saw an uptick towards the end of December, with downloads crossing the 16K mark and active users surpassing 200K.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, developed by Shanghai Moonton Technology, showed a healthy revenue growth, reaching approximately $71K by Christmas. The game's downloads and active users also reflected a positive trend, with downloads reaching over 14K and weekly active users climbing to around 121K.

The Pokémon Company's Pokémon UNITE presented a mixed bag with a significant spike in revenue to nearly $26K in early December, but ended the quarter with a moderate $13.6K. Downloads showed growth with more than 10K in the last week, and active users hovered around the 83K mark.

Lastly, Level Infinite's Honor of Kings, which had a more modest presence given its recent release, saw revenue around $4.4K and downloads nearing 6K by the end of December. The application is still in its early growth stage, hence the lower figures.
