Q4 2023 Performance of Top iOS MOBA Apps in France

As the fourth quarter of 2023 comes to a close, Sensor Tower provides a snapshot of the top MOBA applications on the iOS platform in France. Here's how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Supercell's Brawl Stars showed a notable increase across all metrics. Downloads jumped from 14K in late September to an impressive 38K in the final week of December. Revenue also saw an upward trend, peaking at $122K during the holiday week. Weekly active users reflected this positive momentum, climbing from 373K to over 693K by year-end.

Riot Games' League of Legends: Wild Rift experienced more moderate fluctuations. Downloads hovered around 2K per week but ended with a spike to nearly 4K. Revenue ranged from $19K to $36K, ending the quarter at around $20K. The active user base remained fairly stable, starting at 27K and reaching a high of 32K in the last week.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, managed by Shanghai Moonton Technology, showed mixed results. Its revenue saw peaks and valleys, concluding at $26K. Downloads had a slight upward trend, ending at 1.2K. Weekly active users started at 18K, dipped in November, and then rose back to nearly 20K by December 25th.

The Pokemon Company's Pokémon UNITE had a notable peak in revenue during early December at $6K, but otherwise maintained lower revenue figures. Downloads saw a gradual increase, finishing at 2.4K. The weekly active user count started at 16K, dipped to 12K in late November, and ended slightly higher at 15K.

Lastly, Arena of Valor from Level Infinite, despite having the smallest numbers, showed some positive signs. The revenue saw a boost in early December to $886 but ended the quarter at $593. Downloads remained low with a slight increase to 163 in the last week. Active users experienced minor fluctuations, starting at 764 and closing the quarter at the same level.
