Q4 2023 Performance of Top iOS MOBAs in Brazil

As the year 2023 came to a close, the mobile gaming landscape in Brazil was dominated by a few standout Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) applications on the iOS platform. Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look at how these games fared in the fourth quarter.

Brawl Stars by Supercell saw a significant uptick in weekly revenue, climbing from $28K in the last week of September to $65K by Christmas. Downloads also surged from 15K to over 30K in the same period, while weekly active users grew from 186K to 326K.

Riot Games' League of Legends: Wild Rift experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at $44K in early December before falling to $28K by year's end. Downloads saw a modest increase from 6K to 8K, and the weekly active users count rose from 89K to nearly 99K.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Shanghai Moonton Technology also saw variable revenue, with a high of $25K in early November, and ending the quarter at around $18K. The game's downloads started at roughly 5K and ended at 6K, while active users showed a slight increase from 46K to 51K.

For the newcomer Honor of Kings from Level Infinite, the quarter marked its first period of performance tracking. Although revenue started low at $608 in late September, it experienced growth, reaching $6K by early December and then settling at $4K. Downloads showed a steady increase from 3K to over 5K.

Lastly, The Pokemon Company's Pokémon UNITE saw its revenue peak dramatically at $7K in early December, a substantial rise from earlier weeks. Downloads for the game saw an upward trend from 3K to over 4K, and the weekly active users increased from 30K to 36K.
