European iOS Lifestyle App Trends in Q4 2023

As we round up the fourth quarter of 2023, Sensor Tower provides us with the latest data on the top 5 lifestyle applications on the iOS platform in Europe. Let's delve into the performance insights of these leading apps.

Pinterest saw its downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, starting at around 298K in late September and peaking at approximately 449K in the last week of December. Interestingly, weekly active users showed a steady increase, beginning with 54.5M and culminating at 57.1M by the year's end.

Tinder: Chat, Dating & Friends experienced a consistent revenue stream, with its weekly revenue in the range of $3.7M to $4.4M. Downloads hovered around the 123K to 128K mark for most of the quarter, with a noticeable uptick to around 145K during the festive week. Weekly active users saw a slight decline from 4.1M at the start of the quarter to 3.9M by the close of December.

Amazon Alexa showed a significant rise in downloads as December approached, jumping from 51K to an impressive 353K. The weekly active user count also saw a healthy increase from 1.7M to 2.2M, marking a strong finish for the quarter.

The performance of Glovo: Food Delivery and more was notable for its steady download numbers, which ranged from 80K to 113K, before ending the quarter at around 93K. The app's weekly active users experienced a peak in early December at just over 1M but slightly dipped to 922K by the year's end.

Lastly, Google Home saw a steady increase in its weekly downloads starting from 69K and reaching over 163K in the last week of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at approximately 928K and growing to just over 1M by the close of the quarter.
