In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 insurance apps on the iOS platform in Qatar demonstrated varied performance patterns in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

QLM saw a fluctuating download pattern. Weekly downloads ranged from 168 to 346, peaking at 346 in the week of December 4. The app maintained a steady presence throughout the quarter, finishing strong with 270 downloads in the final week.

Manafith | منافذ displayed a significant increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter. Starting at 95 downloads in late September, the app experienced a remarkable rise, reaching 505 downloads in the last week of December. This upward trend indicates growing user interest.

Alkoot Global Care had a more volatile download trend. Initial weeks showed higher downloads, with a peak of 358 in early October. However, there was a notable decline mid-quarter, with downloads falling to as low as 16. The app rebounded slightly, closing the quarter with 158 downloads.

qd: QIC Insurance & Policy experienced a varied download trend. Downloads peaked at 420 in late September but saw a decline thereafter, fluctuating between 31 and 265. The app ended the quarter with 100 downloads in the final week.

Lumi by Nextcare showed consistent performance in terms of active users. Weekly active users increased from 199 in late September to a peak of 318 in mid-December. The app maintained an average of around 250 active users weekly, finishing the quarter with 305 active users. Downloads also reflected a steady trend, peaking at 149 in late November and closing the quarter with 110 downloads.
