Top 5 Insurance Apps on iOS in Mexico Q4 2023

The fourth quarter of 2023 saw varying performances among the top insurance applications on the iOS platform in Mexico. Here’s a detailed look at the download trends for the top 5 apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

My AXA México demonstrated consistent download numbers throughout Q4. The app started the quarter with 805 downloads in the week of September 25 and experienced slight fluctuations, peaking at 857 downloads during the week of November 20. By the end of December, downloads stabilized at around 814 per week.

Mi MetLife had a more varied performance. The app began with modest numbers, such as 126 downloads during the week of September 25, and saw a significant spike to 6.2K downloads in the week of December 18. This surge was followed by a drop to 260 downloads in the final week of December.

Chubb Mobile had a slow start with minimal downloads initially, but observed growth as the quarter progressed. Downloads increased from 1 in the week of October 9 to a peak of 50 in the week of November 27. The numbers then declined, ending the quarter with just 1 download in the final week.

ASISA experienced steady but low download activity. The app saw its highest weekly downloads at 27 during the week of October 23. Other weeks showed moderate variations, ending with 10 downloads in the last week of December.

Heymondo - Travel insurance had sporadic download numbers. It started with 12 downloads in the week of September 25 and had a few weeks with no downloads at all. The highest activity was 23 downloads in the week of October 2, with the quarter closing on a stable note of 5 downloads in the last two weeks.
