Hastings Direct Insurance experienced fluctuating downloads, peaking at 15K in early October and gradually declining to 8K by the year's end. Despite this, weekly active users remained robust, starting at 39K and maintaining a steady range, closing slightly lower at 36K.
Admiral Insurance, another key player, also saw a downward trend in downloads from 10K to 7K during the quarter. Active users exhibited a similar pattern, starting at nearly 60K and ending the quarter with 56K, indicating a consistent user base.
