Q4 2023 Performance of Top iOS Insurance Apps in Europe

Sensor Tower's latest data provides an insightful look into the performance of the top insurance applications on the iOS platform in Europe during the fourth quarter of 2023.

Hastings Direct Insurance experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, peaking at 15K in early October and then gradually declining to 8K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users showed a similar pattern, starting at 39K and slightly decreasing to 36K over the quarter.

Admiral Insurance saw its downloads begin at 10K, with a mid-quarter rise to over 10K before falling to 7K by Christmas. In terms of active users, the app maintained a base of around 60K, with minor fluctuations, ending slightly lower at 56K.

Cuvva downloads hovered around 9K at the quarter's start, dipped to 8K in November, and spiked to 9K towards the end. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, starting at 19K and experiencing a rise to peak at 21K in the last week of December.

Mon AXA, despite starting the quarter with 8K downloads, saw a significant increase, reaching 11K twice in November and December. The app's active users showed impressive growth, starting at 181K and climbing to 226K in early December, although it slightly dropped to 213K towards the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Bupa Touch began with downloads at 5K, with a notable jump to 8K in November, followed by another rise to 11K in mid-December before falling to 4K. The app's active users showed a major spike in November, jumping from around 5K to 8K, followed by a rise to 11K in mid-December, but ended the quarter with a significant drop.
