The fourth quarter of 2023 saw a dynamic performance among the top finance apps on iOS in Spain. Here's a closer look at the weekly trends in downloads and active users for the leading apps in this category, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Revolut: Send, spend and save experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 25K in late October. The app maintained a strong user base with weekly active users rising from around 125K in late September to nearly 143K by the end of December.

Waylet. Pagos con el móvil showed consistent weekly downloads, fluctuating between 13K to 19K throughout the quarter. Active users remained stable, hovering around 148K to 162K, with a peak of 162K in mid-November.

Mi Correos Prepago saw a significant spike in downloads in mid-October, reaching over 57K. Despite some fluctuations, the app maintained a reasonably high download rate, with notable peaks in mid-November and early December.

Ruralvía - Banca digital demonstrated a remarkable surge in weekly downloads in December, peaking at over 70K. Active users also increased substantially, from around 199K in late September to approximately 286K by the end of December.

PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage maintained a steady download rate, ranging from 11K to 14K weekly. Active users saw slight fluctuations but remained around the 100K mark, peaking at 111K in late November.
