As the year 2023 came to a close, the performance of auto applications on iOS in Brazil presented a dynamic landscape. Sensor Tower provided insightful data that highlighted the trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these specialized applications.
Bloomup LTD's Car Play Sync & Connect experienced a significant uptick in downloads, soaring from 2.5K to 6.9K during the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar trajectory, jumping from 1.6K to almost 10K. Revenue also peaked in the last week, reaching $909.
While Hyundai Bluelink did not generate revenue in Q4, its downloads remained steady, fluctuating around the mid-hundreds each week, with a slight drop to 631 by the quarter's end.
Car Scanner ELM OBD2, developed by Stanislav Svistunov, showed a revenue increase, peaking at $298 in the final week. Downloads peaked in mid-December at 891 before dropping to 822. Weekly active users also saw growth, ending the quarter at 574.
Infocar - OBD2 ELM Scanner by Infocar Co., Ltd. had a mixed quarter. While downloads dipped to 218 by the end of Q4, revenue saw a peak of $149 in early December. Active users experienced a gradual decline, ending at 578.
Lastly, Copart - Online Auto Auctions from Copart, Inc. maintained a consistent base of weekly active users, with numbers hovering close to 1K. Downloads saw an increase in late November but ended the quarter with 298 downloads.
