Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a notable increase in downloads, starting the quarter with 1.3M and peaking at nearly 1.9M in late November. Weekly active users also saw an upward trend, beginning at approximately 8M and surging to close to 12M by the end of December.
SHEIN-Shopping Online showed a mixed pattern, with downloads initially at 710K in late September, dipping to around 424K by the year's end. The app's weekly active users started at around 12.7M, reached a high of 13.9M in late October, and then declined to approximately 11M as the quarter concluded.
For Lidl Plus, downloads displayed growth through November, peaking at over 500K, before sliding down to 332K by Christmas. The weekly active users mirrored this trajectory, starting at around 7.3M, peaking at 8.3M in early December, and then dropping to approximately 6.8M by the quarter's end.
Trendyol - Online Alışveriş saw its download numbers fluctuate, with a significant spike to 715K in early November, followed by a decline to 175K by the close of December. Weekly active users for Trendyol began at over 18.5M, spiked to 20.4M mid-quarter, and eventually decreased to around 18M.
Lastly, AliExpress maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with a slight peak at 408K in early November and ending with about 330K downloads in the last week of December. The app's active users showed a rise from 12.5M to nearly 15.8M in early November, followed by a gradual decline, stabilizing at around 13.6M by the end of the quarter.
