As the year 2023 came to a close, Sensor Tower provided valuable insights into the performance of top dating applications on the Android platform in Latin America. Here's a snapshot of the trends observed in the fourth quarter for the top 5 dating apps.

Tinder Dating app. Meet People ended the quarter with a rise in revenue to $267K, while downloads saw a rebound to 228K in the final week. The app's weekly active users showed a dip in November but picked up again to end at 7.95M users.

Badoo: Dating. Chat. Meet. demonstrated a steady increase in revenue throughout the quarter, reaching nearly $95K by the end. Downloads experienced some fluctuations but finished strong at 200K. The app's active user base grew significantly, ending the quarter with 6.85M weekly active users.

Grindr - Gay chat showed a notable increase in revenue, peaking at $91K. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase to 54K by the quarter's end. The app maintained a consistent weekly active user count, concluding with 1.93M users.

Bumble: Dating App & Friends saw its revenue hover around the $80K mark, ending the quarter at $80K. The app's downloads peaked in October at 131K and closed the quarter with a significant surge to 137K. Weekly active users saw a modest increase, finishing at 1.1M.

happn - Dating App revenue showed a slight uptick, ending at $49K in the last week of December. The app's downloads witnessed a peak in early November at 52K but ended the quarter with a strong 52K downloads. Active users saw a decline throughout the quarter, ending at 1.22M.
