Top 5 Utilities Apps Performance in Netherlands Q3 2023

During the third quarter of 2023, the top utilities applications in the Netherlands showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into these trends.

Google saw a significant rise in downloads, starting from 25.8K in late June and peaking at around 43.5K in early August before stabilizing to approximately 30K by the end of September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 4.4M mark throughout the quarter.

Odido experienced a dramatic surge in downloads, notably jumping to 90.8K in early September from a modest 8K in late June. This spike in downloads was accompanied by a rise in weekly active users, which climbed from 96.9K to a peak of 221.6K in mid-September before settling at 194.4K by the end of the quarter.

Google Chrome maintained a steady download rate, averaging around 10K downloads per week, with slight increases and decreases. Active user numbers were consistently high, averaging around 8.5M weekly, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Google Authenticator showed a steady growth in downloads, starting at 11.9K in late June and reaching about 14.8K by early September. Weekly active users for this app also increased from 223.7K in late June to around 224K by the end of September, hitting a peak of 230.9K mid-month.

MijnKPN had a consistent download rate, ranging from 9.3K to 11.3K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users remained stable, hovering around 66K to 69K, showing a slight upward trend towards the end of the quarter.
