During the third quarter of 2023, the top travel apps on iOS in Croatia exhibited varying performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from 2.4K at the end of June and dropping to under 1K by the end of September. Despite this, the app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users peaking at over 40K in late July before gradually declining to around 31K by the end of the quarter.

Beograd Plus, launched in mid-July, experienced a sharp drop in downloads from over 4K in its initial week to around 1K by late September. This app did not generate any revenue during this period.

For Bolt: Request a Ride, weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 900 and 1.2K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a positive trend, increasing from approximately 19K at the end of June to nearly 20K by the end of September.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a consistent download rate, hovering around 1K per week. The app’s active user numbers also remained robust, starting from 40.7K at the end of June and slightly fluctuating to end the quarter at about 40K.

Lastly, BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus observed a decrease in weekly downloads, beginning with around 800 at the start of the quarter and ending with 759 in late September. Active users for the app showed minor fluctuations, starting at 3.4K and ending at 3.3K by the end of the quarter.
