During the third quarter of 2023, the travel category on the iOS platform in Germany saw notable performance from DB Navigator, Booking.com: Hotels & Travel, EasyPark - Parking made easy, Uber - Request a ride, and Airbnb. The data provided by Sensor Tower highlights key trends in weekly downloads and active users for these apps.

DB Navigator showed a dynamic pattern in weekly downloads, starting at around 57K in late June and peaking at 86K by the end of July. The downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending at approximately 77K in the last week of September. Weekly active users remained steady, with a slight increase from 999K to over 1M by the end of the quarter.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 42K and ending at around 38K. However, the app maintained a strong user base with weekly active users peaking at around 1.6M in early August before settling at about 1.4M in late September.

EasyPark - Parking made easy displayed a consistent trend in weekly downloads, fluctuating between 30K and 41K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users saw a minor increase, starting at 129K and ending at approximately 135K by the end of September.
