In the third quarter of 2023, the top five shopping apps on iOS in Venezuela showed varied performance in terms of downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a breakdown of how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

SHEIN - Shopping Online witnessed a fluctuating yet overall upward trend in downloads, starting at 2.9K in late June and reaching a peak of 3.3K in mid-September. Weekly active users also saw a consistent rise, beginning the quarter at 47K and peaking at about 56K towards the end of September.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire had a more variable download pattern, starting with 1.7K downloads in late June, peaking at 2.7K in early July, and then stabilizing around 1.2K to 1.5K towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users increased steadily from 8.6K in late June to approximately 11.7K by the end of September.

Alibaba.com experienced a slight decline in downloads from 1.4K in late June to around 1.1K by the end of September. Weekly active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 11.1K in late June and ending the quarter at around 10K.

Mercado Libre: Compras Online saw relatively stable download numbers, beginning with 1K in late June and maintaining a similar level throughout the quarter, peaking slightly at 1.1K in late August. Weekly active users remained consistent, hovering around the 46K to 47K mark.

Amazon Shopping had stable download figures, starting at 845 in late June and ending at 858 by the end of September. The app's weekly active users showed a gradual increase from 29.2K to approximately 30.9K over the quarter.
