Top 5 Shopping Apps on iOS in Portugal for Q3 2023

The third quarter of 2023 saw significant activity among the top shopping apps on iOS in Portugal. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here is an overview of the performance metrics for the top five apps: Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire, SHEIN - Shopping Online, Amazon, Worten, and AliExpress Shopping App.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a notable increase in downloads, starting from approximately 17K at the end of June and peaking at around 27K in early September. Weekly active users also saw a significant rise, growing from about 28K to nearly 110K by the end of the quarter.

SHEIN - Shopping Online showed fluctuating download numbers, starting at around 9.4K and reaching a high of approximately 13.9K in early August before experiencing a decline. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 230K throughout the quarter.

Amazon maintained a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from approximately 3.4K to 4.7K. Weekly active users showed slight fluctuations but remained strong, averaging around 127K to 129K over the quarter.

Worten saw a significant spike in downloads mid-quarter, peaking at about 7.6K in late July before settling to around 3K to 4K by the end of September.

AliExpress Shopping App exhibited consistent download growth, starting at approximately 2.8K and peaking at around 4K in early September. Weekly active users remained robust, fluctuating between 96K and 110K throughout the quarter.
