During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 shopping apps on the iOS platform in Mexico showed varied performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a detailed look at their weekly downloads and active users.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 100K at the end of June and peaking at around 384K in early August. Although there was a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, the app maintained a strong presence with downloads hovering around 278K. Active users also surged, starting from about 223K at the end of June and reaching a peak of approximately 955K by the last week of September.

SHEIN - Shopping Online experienced a more stable trend in downloads, with weekly figures ranging between 61K and 83K throughout the quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained robust, with a peak of around 1.94M at the end of September.

Mercado Libre: Compras Online showed consistent weekly downloads, maintaining figures between 49K and 62K. Active users exhibited minor fluctuations, peaking at around 1.61M at the end of July and stabilizing at approximately 1.53M by the end of September.

Amazon Shopping saw a moderate increase in weekly downloads, starting from about 39K at the end of June and peaking at 57K in mid-July. By the end of September, downloads were around 38K. Active users remained relatively stable, with figures around 1.03M by the end of the quarter.

AliExpress - Shopping App experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 29K at the end of June and reaching around 44K by the end of August. Active users showed a similar trend, peaking at around 688K in late August before stabilizing at about 607K by the end of September.
