Top 5 Shopping Apps on iOS in Angola Q3 2023

The third quarter of 2023 saw significant activity in the shopping app category on iOS in Angola. Here’s a look at the top five apps and their performance metrics, based on data from Sensor Tower.

SHEIN - Shopping Online started the quarter with around 847 weekly downloads, which saw a gradual increase, peaking at over 1K downloads by late August. Weekly active users also showed a steady rise, starting from approximately 13.5K at the beginning of July and reaching nearly 14.8K by the end of September.

Alibaba.com showed a similar trend in downloads, beginning with 727 per week and increasing to around 952 by early September. Active users grew from 10.6K in late June to about 11.8K by the end of the quarter, indicating a consistent engagement.

The AliExpress Shopping App experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 724 and reaching 952 in early September. Active user numbers fluctuated but generally hovered around the 8K mark, ending slightly lower at 7.6K by the end of September.

ZARA saw a modest but steady increase in weekly downloads, from 457 in late June to 564 in early September. Active users showed a similar pattern, starting at approximately 4.3K and peaking at around 4.4K in mid-September.

Finally, Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire had a significant jump in weekly downloads, starting from 100 and reaching 517 in early July, stabilizing around 300 by the end of September. Active users began at 543 and increased steadily to over 1K by the end of the quarter.
