In the third quarter of 2023, the top five auto applications on iOS in Austria showcased varied performance metrics in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive look at the trends for these apps.

AutoScout24: Buy & sell cars saw a consistent increase in downloads, starting from approximately 1.5K in late June and peaking at around 2.4K in mid-September. Revenue for the app fluctuated, with notable peaks of $230 in the final week of July and $205 in late August. Weekly active users remained steady, ranging from about 9.9K to 11.4K, with a slight dip toward the end of September.

Führerschein-Test experienced a decline in downloads over the quarter, starting at around 894 and dropping to approximately 652 by the end of September. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.

CTOnline had a similar trend with downloads decreasing from about 843 in late June to 559 by the end of September. Like Führerschein-Test, CTOnline did not report any revenue.

Shell: Fuel & Rewards displayed notable engagement, with downloads fluctuating between approximately 517 and 1.1K. Weekly active users showed strong engagement, starting at around 6.2K and peaking at 7.6K in early September.

Finally, mobile.de - car market maintained a relatively stable download rate, ranging from around 486 to 642 throughout Q3. Weekly active users also showed consistent engagement, fluctuating between approximately 6.5K and 7.2K.
