In the third quarter of 2023, the top five shopping apps on the Android platform in Europe displayed a mix of growth and stability in their performance metrics. Here’s a closer look at their trends in weekly downloads and active users.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 918K in late June and peaking at around 1.37M by the end of September. Active users also grew steadily, beginning at roughly 4.7M and reaching about 8.1M by the quarter's end.

SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced a slight decline in weekly downloads, from around 854K at the start of the quarter to about 711K by the end. Active users showed some fluctuations but remained relatively stable overall, with numbers hovering around 13.3M to 14M.

Wildberries had a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting at about 491K and dipping to around 300K mid-quarter before rebounding to approximately 510K by the end of September. Active users remained strong and stable, with a slight increase from around 29.8M to 31.1M throughout the quarter.
