Alibaba.com experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting strong with approximately 287K downloads at the end of March and peaking at around 315K in early April. The downloads saw a dip mid-quarter but regained momentum, ending June with about 254K downloads. The active user base remained robust, averaging around 3.6M weekly, with a peak of approximately 3.75M in mid-June.
SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at about 96K at the end of March and reaching a high of approximately 370K by mid-June. The app also maintained a steady increase in active users, growing from around 1.3M in late March to over 1.63M by the end of June.
Jumia Online Shopping had a mixed quarter in terms of downloads. It began with around 133K downloads in late March, saw a peak of nearly 190K at the end of May, but experienced a decline towards the end of June, dropping to about 82K. The active user trend was somewhat stable, averaging around 2.1M, though there was a noticeable dip to around 2M in the latter part of June.
Amazon Shopping showed a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 111K at the end of March and ending June with about 125K downloads. The active users remained relatively stable at around 2.7M, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at approximately 2.79M in the final week of June. The weekly revenue for Amazon Shopping showed a steady increase, starting from $121 in late March and reaching $271 by the end of June.
AliExpress - Shopping App had varied weekly downloads, beginning with around 131K in late March and experiencing a few ups and downs throughout the quarter, closing June with about 84K downloads. The active user base saw an upward trend, increasing from around 785K in late March to approximately 880K by mid-June, before slightly dropping to around 796K at the end of June.
