The second quarter of 2023 saw diverse performance trends among the top 5 news apps in Lithuania on a unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each app.

X from X Corp. exhibited varied trends in both revenue and user engagement. The app's weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at approximately $349 in mid-April and maintaining a steady range between $132 and $344 throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads saw a significant spike in early May, reaching 2.1K, before stabilizing around 1K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering close to 101K to 102K.

Reddit experienced notable revenue peaks and consistent user engagement. A remarkable revenue surge occurred in mid-April, peaking at $2.6K. Despite this, weekly revenue generally remained below $100. Downloads showed an upward trend in mid-June, peaking at nearly 1.5K, while active users steadily increased from 56.5K to 59.1K by the end of the quarter.

LRT.lt focused primarily on user acquisition without generating revenue. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 244 in early May before declining to 60 by the end of June.
