In the second quarter of 2023, the top five gaming apps in Mexico demonstrated diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

Free Fire showed a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $404.6K in mid-May. Downloads also saw a notable spike, reaching around 291K in the last week of May. However, weekly active users experienced a gradual decline from about 26.9M at the start of the quarter to 21.5M by the end of June.

Mario Kart Tour saw its highest weekly downloads in late April with approximately 304.7K. Revenue peaked at around $23.1K in the final week of June. Active users increased steadily, reaching 538.4K in late April before stabilizing around 355.7K by the end of June.

Roblox maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at about $309.8K in the last week of May. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 286.2K in early May. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 6.7M in late March to 7.2M by the end of June.

Call of Duty®: Mobile experienced a peak in revenue of approximately $226K at the end of May. Downloads saw a high of around 94K in the same period. Active users, however, showed a decline, dropping from 1.3M in early April to just over 1M by the end of June.

8 Ball Pool™ saw its highest weekly revenue of about $46.2K in the last week of June. Downloads peaked at around 136.3K in the same period. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 2M throughout the quarter.
