In the second quarter of 2023, the top shopping apps on iOS in Portugal displayed diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here's a detailed look at the performance of SHEIN - Shopping Online, Vinted: Sell vintage clothes, Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire, O Meu Pingo Doce, and Amazon.

SHEIN - Shopping Online saw consistent weekly downloads, starting at around 8.8K at the end of March and peaking at approximately 16.7K in the last week of May. Active users also showed a steady increase, beginning at nearly 182K and reaching up to 240.5K in early June before stabilizing around 230K towards the end of the quarter.

For Vinted: Sell vintage clothes, weekly downloads started at 7.7K and experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter at around 3.7K. Despite this, active users remained fairly stable, fluctuating between 77.5K and 84.4K throughout the quarter.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire exhibited significant growth in weekly downloads, starting with just 294 at the end of March and soaring to 19.4K by mid-June. Active users followed a similar upward trend, increasing from 1.4K to nearly 28K by the end of June.

O Meu Pingo Doce experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 11.4K at the end of March to around 2.5K by the end of June. However, active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 37.2K to 49.3K over the quarter.

Lastly, Amazon had consistent weekly downloads, starting at about 4K and maintaining figures around 3K to 3.5K throughout the quarter. Active users showed minor fluctuations, remaining within the range of 113K to 121K over the same period.
