Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Finland Q2 2023

In the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 navigation apps on iOS in Finland showcased varied performance metrics in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides an insightful look into the trends of these popular navigation tools.

Google Maps saw a significant increase in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at around 3.8K downloads in late March, the app experienced a steady climb, peaking at approximately 7.3K in the last week of June. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from about 546K to over 605K.

Karttaselain - Maastokartta from AccelBit exhibited consistent weekly revenue, with notable peaks. Revenue increased from around $1K at the start of the quarter to a peak of nearly $2.9K in mid-June. Downloads followed an upward trajectory, starting at 415 and reaching 1.1K by mid-June, before ending the quarter at roughly 900.

Neste demonstrated moderate performance in terms of downloads. The app started strong with 794 downloads in late March, saw a mid-quarter dip, and then gradually recovered to 549 downloads by the end of June.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic also showed growth in downloads and active users. Weekly downloads increased from 404 in late March to a peak of 933 in the last week of June. Active users rose steadily from around 29.7K to 33.4K over the same period.

Lastly, Moovit: All Transit Options saw a varied but overall positive trend in revenue and active users. Weekly revenue started at $423 and reached $527 by the end of June. Active users increased from around 4.2K in late March to over 4.6K by the end of the quarter.
