In Q2 2023, the performance of the top five finance applications on the iOS platform in Belgium revealed interesting trends in downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into these metrics.

Payconiq by Bancontact saw a steady number of weekly downloads, starting at roughly 6K in late March and peaking at around 6.4K in mid-June. Active users for this app also showed a positive trend, growing from approximately 65.9K at the start of the quarter to about 71.5K by the end of June.

PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage experienced a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter, with a noticeable spike to about 4.1K in the final week of June. The app's active users started at around 56.6K in late March and rose to approximately 59.6K by the end of June.

Revolut: Send, spend and save had a gradual increase in downloads, beginning with around 2.4K in late March and reaching approximately 3.2K by the end of June. Active users for Revolut remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 21.6K and 24.1K throughout the quarter.

Belfius Mobile - Banking app maintained a consistent download rate, with figures ranging from around 2.1K to 2.5K. The app's active users showed some fluctuations but generally remained high, starting at approximately 290.4K and ending the quarter at about 286.8K.

Finally, KBC Mobile exhibited a steady increase in downloads, beginning at around 2.1K in late March and peaking at approximately 2.7K by the end of June. Active users for KBC Mobile were strong, starting the quarter at about 313.7K and finishing at around 321.7K.
