Top 5 Finance Apps on Android in Cyprus for Q2 2023

In the second quarter of 2023, the top five finance applications on the Android platform in Cyprus showcased varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and revenue for each app, based on Sensor Tower data.

Google Wallet experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads. Starting at around 2K in late March, the app saw a gradual rise, peaking at approximately 3.4K by the end of June. This consistent upward trend highlights its growing popularity among users in Cyprus.

Bank Of Cyprus also demonstrated significant growth in weekly downloads. From just over 1.1K at the beginning of the quarter, downloads surged to nearly 1.8K by the end of June. This upward trajectory indicates a strong user interest in the app's services.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade showed a similar pattern. Weekly downloads started at around 1.1K and reached approximately 1.5K by the end of the quarter. Despite some fluctuations, the overall trend was positive.

Trading App By AvaTrade had a remarkable spike in mid-May, with downloads skyrocketing to over 5K in one week. Although there was a subsequent decline, the app maintained a steady download rate, stabilizing around 287 by the end of June.

Hellenic Bank saw moderate growth in weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 707 in late March, the app experienced fluctuations but ended strong with around 917 downloads in the last week of June.
