Google saw a consistent pattern in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 76K in late December and peaking at around 82K in mid-January. Despite a brief dip to 62.5K in early February, downloads rebounded to close the quarter strong with 74K in late March. The app maintained a steady user base, with weekly active users hovering around 15.4M to 15.5M throughout the quarter.

The GOV.UK ID Check application experienced significant fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting at 31K in late December, downloads surged to 102K by the end of January. Despite a drop to 48K in mid-February, the app recovered to finish March with 74K downloads. Active users showed a strong upward trend, growing from 78K at the end of December to 280K by the end of March.

Google Chrome demonstrated a steady download rate throughout the quarter, starting at 67.5K in late December and fluctuating slightly before ending March with 50.6K downloads. Active users remained stable, consistently around 27.4M.

Microsoft Edge: AI Browser experienced a notable spike in early January with 185K downloads, followed by a decline to 53K by the end of March. The app's active users increased from 539K at the end of December to just over 1M by mid-March, maintaining around that level for the rest of the quarter.

Octopus Energy had a significant increase in downloads, peaking at 134K in mid-February before settling at around 48K by the end of March. Active users showed a steady rise from 204K at the end of December to 365K by the end of March.
