Alibaba.com saw consistent weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 304K in mid-March. The app also maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users increasing from around 3.1M at the start of the quarter to roughly 3.7M by mid-March.
Amazon Shopping experienced a notable decrease in downloads after the first week of January, dropping from 498K to around 160K. However, weekly revenue showed a steady upward trend, reaching $121 by the end of March. Active users fluctuated but remained strong, peaking at approximately 2.8M in mid-March.
Jumia Online Shopping had relatively stable download numbers, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 133K. Weekly active users saw a slight decline, starting at around 2.4M and ending the quarter at approximately 2.2M.
AliExpress - Shopping App showed significant growth in downloads, especially in March, peaking at about 308K. Active users also saw a substantial increase, from roughly 626K at the beginning of the quarter to around 885K by mid-March.
SHEIN - Shopping Online demonstrated a consistent increase in downloads, with a peak of approximately 135K in early March. The app's weekly active users followed an upward trend, starting at around 1.1M and reaching nearly 1.3M by the end of March.
