Top 5 Navigation Apps Performance in Oman, Q1 2023

In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 navigation apps in Oman showed varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these apps on a unified platform.

Google Maps saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 4K downloads and peaking at around 11.4K in mid-February. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 390K to 410K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a moderate increase in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 2.3K at the end of February. The app maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, fluctuating between 85K and 97K over the quarter.

RTA Smart Drive showed a decline in weekly downloads, starting from 807 and dropping to 202 by the end of March. Active users also decreased from approximately 2.2K to 1.9K during the same period.
