In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 lifestyle apps in New Zealand saw varied performance trends across weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each app fared:

Google Home experienced a noticeable decline in weekly downloads from 8.2K in late December 2022 to approximately 4.4K by the end of March 2023. Weekly active users also followed a downward trend, dropping from around 66.4K to 55.6K over the same period.

Pinterest maintained a relatively stable performance in weekly downloads, fluctuating between 3.5K and 4.9K throughout the quarter. The app saw consistent weekly active users, averaging around 1.1M, with minor fluctuations.

Z Energy App showed a significant spike in weekly downloads in mid-February, reaching approximately 10.7K. This peak was followed by a drop, but the app managed to close the quarter at around 4.8K downloads.
